We’re Hiring: Junior Creative Assistant

What we need

We are looking for a Junior Creative Assistant to join our growing agency.

This Junior Creative Assistant role comes with the responsibility of working with  the Creative Director to deliver day to day creative tasks from developing simple icons through to assisting on full blown creative projects. As the agency is currently inundated with creative requirements we need a fast learner to work alongside the Creative Director to take on a selection of creative tasks. You will have a genuine love of design and technology and expect to learn something new every day.

Managing clients and that you thrive in a ridiculously fast paced environment.

The Role

Supporting the Creative Director with organisation of workload, filing systems, creation of basic graphical elements, through infographics, UI and illustration.

Working tightly to the budgets allowed for in each job and managing your time precisely, and an understanding that flexibility is a must. This is not a 9-5.

You will develop skills and ideas working with the Creative Director as a learning experience also.

You will be involved in the very early stages of planning new campaigns, bringing innovative ideas to the table, working on proposals and delivering these in a professionally presented manner. Taking lead on day-to-day management of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Working at pace – we cannot stress this enough, agency life is super busy and you will be juggling a high number of competing priorities at any one time!

The Person

Ideally you are a student looking for a final year placement or a fresh post grad.

A creative all-rounder, versatile with the ability to work on a large or small scale and with different media through print and digital.

Highly organised, and tidy with the ability to multi task, work to tight deadlines and able to work under pressure. Attention to detail is an absolute must!

Enthusiastic, motivated, well presented and personable.

An individual who is happy to create all day everyday.

Good digital skills, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Powerpoint. Training will also be given.

The ability to work on your own but also a great team player and communicator.

We need someone who is not only excellent at communicating and time management but someone who can multi task, prioritise multiple deadlines and manage projects across a number of different clients.

You ooze creativity and know how to show this in everything you do, and you will continue this passion through delivering solid artwork for presentation and delivery.
