We’re Hiring: Senior Account Manager

What we need.

We are looking for a Senior Sales / Account Manager to join our growing agency.

This role comes with two main responsibilities:

Firstly, managing a number of our diverse clients in every sector worldwide such as Pepsico, Parker Hannifin, GE and the BBC with the aim to provide world class client service to secure long term relationships and sustained growth on each account. You will ideally have a genuine interest/love of design and technology coupled with an outstanding track record in this area. It is absolutely essential you have vast experience in a role where you are managing clients and that you thrive in a ridiculously fast paced environment.

Secondly, you will be responsible for introducing new business and developing a pipeline of clients who share our passion for outstanding creative content. A real hunger for sales and a built-in desire for sourcing new business is a pre-requisite. Experience and knowledge of sales management and business development is absolutely essential, as is a natural flare and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will have complete understanding and an appreciation for consultative selling and be required to attract business globally through your ideas and techniques.

The Role.

Client facing, your diplomacy, resilience and ability to nourish relationships will be invaluable as this will be a huge part of your day to day. You will provide fantastic service and outstanding communication to each client and prospect.

You will report to the company directors providing regular updates on the development of new business leads, bringing in new clients for HYPER with bonus incentives. At the same time you will be overseeing our existing Accounts/managing Account Managers and wide variety of campaigns, playing a huge part in helping to grow these and opening up new avenues with these clients.

You will be involved in the very early stages of planning new campaigns, bringing innovative ideas to the table, working on proposals and delivering these professionally. Taking lead on day-to-day management of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

This role is fast paced! We cannot stress this enough, agency life is super busy and you will be juggling a high number of competing priorities at any one time!

The Person.

Vast experience managing client accounts- this is an absolute must!

We need someone who is not only excellent at communicating and time management but someone who can multi task, prioritise multiple deadlines and manage projects across a number of different clients.

You ooze creativity and know how to show this in everything you do, and you will continue this passion through delivering solid presentations to clients.
